Indoor Winter Training, everyone is welcome! Whether you're a member of Irby or looking for a new challenge. We're accepting all age groups, all abilities. Why don't you give it a go? Our sessions will be 6-8pm for adults for the first few weeks then changing to 6-7pm Juniors and 7-8pm Seniors.
